In recognition of the 100th Anniversary of Dr. Geil's trek across the Great Wall, an exhibit was held from October 23 to December 20, 2008, at the Imperial College and Temple of Confucius Museum in Beijing. The exhibit contained many items from the Gustafson collection in Doylestown.
